Hello I didnt realise Virgin set me up an O2 account and had sent a SIM to me. I have never used this SIM and only just realised Im getting charged like £5 a month for something I do not use.

I tried to cancel this online but it says it's sending a code the SIM that I do not use, or know where it is.

Surely there is a way I can cancel it without needing the SIM ?

Kind Regards

And access to O2 support via Social Media is available at the relevant sections of the link below, @Declan34 - calling O2 may lead to long waits, frustration and little progress, Social Media is the way to go - and you can nudge them every so often until an agent engages with you. Good luck!

@Declan34

Im sorry, I dont get this with the Virgin Sims..

You signed up to it, you agreed to the contract and the direct debit is setup,

Just be aware that if you cancel it and are still in contract with Virgin then your BB bill will go up, and any double speed you have will be removed as per the terms as well as any Pods etc will become chargable..

If you think you where missold it then contact Virgin Media on 0345 454 1111 and get them to pull the call and what was and wasnt agreed to, as well as the contracts that where emailed to you, and which you had 14 days to withdraw from..
