Resolved! SMS charged as MMS

Not sure why I have been charged for MMS for sending a couple of SMS. I have double checked the entries and yes. I have been charged when I should not have. Also, not sure why I cannot speak/chat to O2 about this. Very unsettling.

I was transferred to O2 from Virgin mobile last summer. My data contract says it has 4 months left to run. If I decide to leave do I have to buy out the remainder of the contract?
