So with the email I received regarding the price rises and switch up changes. It stated on the email that I can cancel my airtime plan without having to pay the early termination charges.
Do I have to call O2 to cancel my airtime plan or can I use the PAC/STAC to switch to a different network to cancel my m
service with O2?
I am afraid that if I use the PAC/STAC route, O2 might still charge for an early termination fee.
Thanks for the help.

I tried them on the chat via the app every time they end the chat so I'll be calling tomorrow for the same price I am paying now £15.00 I can get Unlimited with Giffgaff for 18 months yet in a couple of months I would be paying £17.50 no thanks.

You need to call up, and they wont match giffgaff, best thing to do is call up, ask for you pac and then move to giffgaff
However for £1 more you an have a one month contract with ID Mobile Unlimited Data via uSwitch and then you are not locked into an 18mth contract..
