Cancelling my airtime plane

So with the email I received regarding the price rises and switch up changes. It stated on the email that I can cancel my airtime plan without having to pay the early termination charges.

Do I have to call O2 to cancel my airtime plan or can I use the PAC/STAC to switch to a different network to cancel my m

service with O2?

I am afraid that if I use the PAC/STAC route, O2 might still charge for an early termination fee.

Thanks for the help.

@Tbits

as per the email, you need to call o2 on 202

Contact us

Call us for free from your O2 mobile on 202 if you’re a Pay Monthly customer. Otherwise, it’s 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to call up, and they wont match giffgaff, best thing to do is call up, ask for you pac and then move to giffgaff

However for £1 more you an have a one month contract with ID Mobile Unlimited Data via uSwitch and then you are not locked into an 18mth contract..
