Cancelling monthly contract from abroad

Anonymous
Not applicable

I would like to give my 30 days notice to cancel my O2 business monthly contract as I am now living in the US. My O2 gives me no option to email or cancel or give notice.  Due to the time difference, and expense, I really do not want to call.  I no longer have my phone as I have switched to a US sim card.

Can anyone help/advise?

Many thanks

Can you use the live chat? That would be the best option if you do not want to call o2.

You could always give a written notice as well

Much of the guide will still apply even though you are in the US. You should be able to send a letter and get proof of delivery still. Unsure how much this will cost you though.

You can try email but there is the chance that your email will get "lost" in cyberspace somewhere
