Hi

As per subject, how do I cancel a 1 month rolling contract ?

No option for live chat and currently been queuing for 30 minutes.
I can't see an option in my o2 account.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Thanks I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period.

I tried a STAC yesterday and that failed to happen. I called o2 this morning and talked to a very nice lady.

I explained I wanted to cancel and she was happy to help with that, she submitted the request while we were talking.

As she was explaining I should get some money back, the call went dead. When I checked my mobile showed 'emergency calls only' so I assume the contract has been cancelled, also my o2 account is no longer active.

I paid for the handset in full upfront and I have a text from o2 saying 'if you want to keep your device it will cost you £0.00' so I assume that is OK and the phone is mine to keep.

The question is will I get an email to confirm the cancellation and when will I get the refund back ?

Thanks

You will be billed for any usage and the number of days your contract was connected.

You should be able to check in your MyO2 online (but not in the app).

The phone is yours to keep now it's paid off.

Thanks.
I can't access the o2 account online. I won't allow me to log in.

It was working prior to the cancelling this morning.

Any ideas ?

I can't think of anything else other than calling back to customer service but any refunds due should be automatic to the account you set up your payments from.
