Dear O2,
I ordered an iphone 7 from you but decided to cancelled today when I realised I could get it straight away from the Apple Store and for far cheaper.
At the time the status of the order was "in progress"
The Apple staff member rang on my behalf and on his first attempt the guy from customer services hanged up on him. On the second attempt the person said the order had been cancelled.
Yet when I got home the phone is now being delivered tomorrow.
Very under-handed

O2 would not cancel an order on the word of a third party. You need to cancel in person on the number given. Now you will either have to refuse delivery or send the phone back.
