Cancelled contract

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi

I contacted O2 on 23 July 2013 to cancel my contract. I was assured that contract would end 23 August on 3 separate occasions. Billed on 2 September for whole of September. Contacted via live chat who advised disconnection was 23 August but it had not gone through properly. Told I had to give another 30 days notice. Said I had already done so and it was O2's fault. They have now sent me a disconnection bill for the whole of September again. Not happy.

What's the best thing to do now 😞

You should have rang 202 and not live chat.

If you can use another o2 phone ring and explain on 202 they should sort it
