Hi there

I upgraded my phone on carphone warehouse and stayed on o2 but the SIM swap hasn't worked and I've got two contracts on the goinstead of one which should be my upgrade!! The contract is In My partners name but I pay the bill. How do I sort this problem out.

Hi @Leigh3

You need to call 202 and cancel the old contract (actually your partner does as it's in their name).
If you want to keep the old number, ask customer service to migrate the number to your new contract, which will immediately cancel the old one and generate the final bill.
