Hi, I have ordered o2 pay monthly sim card order online,but I have changed my mind and I may choose another provider. Can I cancel this order ahead of the delivery of sim card?And I have entered my bank account information for the credit check. Will this influence my following credit check f I won't activate my sim card?

ehh... I just do not want O2 to ship me a sim card that I won‘t use, it also wastes their resources. Or could you tell me their other contact details ?Many thanks for your help.
