Hi,

I have an all rounder bolt on which i do need anymore but i cannot find how to cancel this.

It was easy to register for it just sent a text message to 21300 but seems to be very hard to cancel it.

You should be able to cancel it in My O2 but if you have any problems customer service or live chat can help you.
