How do I cancel my contract online.
Spend about an hour going round and round in circles, unable to find how to cancel a contract online.
Ofcom regulations were brought in to make it easier for customers to cancel contracts but clearly this is not being adhered to by o2

Again, I want to cancel my contract, I am not switching to another provider, I am not looking to change provider and keep my number.
PAC and STAC requires having another provider to give them the PAC or STAC number
As an o2 customer, I should be able to go to my account and cancel it with a click of a button.
The whole Ofcom regulation was intended to make it easier for customers to cancel their contracts, they have not done that and after the time i have wasted i will be contacting Ofcom to report o2 for breaching this, it’s an absolute joke

And by the way OFCOM dont deal with consumer complaints so will tell you to jog along...
