Hi,

Is it possible to cancel contract early if I'm not getting the services I pay for. I took out contract in November '22. I had 2GB data plan which I increased to 5GB In January. I am paying for the 5GB but still only getting 2GB. Reached 2 GB limit and had no data for about a week. Managed to speak to customer services after 2 one hour waits on hold and 1 thirty minutes on hold. One told me it will be OK when data is refeshed (it isn't) the other one has raised it internally but I've not had any response yet. On line chat can never get on. Is network that bad that customer services is always that busy?

Check your phone settings to see if there is a 2gb limit set for data.

If so, your phone will stop you using data even though you may have some left.

If you still wish to cancel, the process is here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

This is not something we can deal with here as we are a community of customers

Suggest

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
