Not sure, if I have the right place, but I bought a phone in August 2021. Payments have been made monthly, but I can't seem to view the contract on my account to be able to view how much I have left to pay, as it isn't with the rest of my contracts. Anyone know how I can view this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Yeah, I knew that, but wasn't sure if anyone else had this problem and what they did to sort it. But thank you for your reply and I will wait for a response on Twitter. I did send a message them 6 hours ago, will assume they're very busy
