I have a galaxy S10, I've been with O2 for years. I suddenly can't send premium texts from my phone. I've checked they are enabled in settings and it's allowed. Any ideas why I can't send short number texts?
Thanks in advance

You may have a spend cap or a premium bar on your account.
You need to contact O2 to check and request they lift any such bars.
All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
0800 587 4005 seems the best one to call currently.

That's brilliant, thank you! Unfortunately I don't think they're taking any calls on things like this at the moment but it is good to know what the block is.

They will take calls on most things now if you use any of the numbers in the guide I provided.
O2 are there to help and will if they can. (That's why we have been given all those numbers in the guide above, to use whilst we are still in pandemic status.)
