Can't pay my bill

I cancelled my Pay Monthly contract and lost access to the network before my final bill was sent. I now cannot pay it, cannot log into the app anymore and support lines are busy. Can anyone advise?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )
