I’ve paid my airtime bill and device plan and only one email came through to say that the airtime payment went through and the other payment has came out of my bank too but says it isn’t paid

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
