I have been trying to contact 02 for a while now to no avail and now to make matters better you have cut my access off to the app, mere moments after I sent a query about my disappointment.
I am trying to sort my bill out, but I have no idea how yous expect me to do that when I can’t phone you, I can’t talk to you on my 02 and I can’t navigate your inefficient website!
Ive had this contract for nearly 3 years and paid 02 around 4 grand for it (probably a tad excessive), so I would really appreciate it if someone contacted immediately to sort this. Instead of cutting off all my means of contact and shagging my credit score, thanks.
