I can't pay my bill. I have left o2 because their customer service is terrible, too high in costs and the device they sent me never worked. I'm trying to pay my 'final bill' and it's now been passed on to a debt collector. I can't log in to my o2 because they've closed it and they just keep hanging up when I call.

If it has been passed to a debt collector it is likely the debt has been sold on to them.
I suggest you first contact them to see if you have to pay them or O2
