Can't find track my order page

Hi why can't I find the track my order page on the my o2 page so I can track my order I am signed up and everything x thanks in advance x ๐Ÿ™‚

Do they physically have stock nowadays? Seems to me they order on 'as needed' basis.

Agreed...and yet they still offer the express delivery if you pay extra! How many times have we seen that fail as well?

hello, after you recieve your order confirmation with your tracking number, on a pc or laptop, go on this website https://www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery and write in your tracking number in the box where it say's "Consignment or card number" also you will have to write in your postcode, after all of these steps, you should be able to track your order. hope this helps! slight_smile

I also cant find the "my orders" page, not an o2 customer (yet) but ordered a phone with them, got logins etc but when logged in "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account."

 

also the link that gets emailled doesnt even work:

the customer service rep I spoke to was also pretty vague about when my phone will arrive as im sure it will be today or tomorrow
