Can't change my direct debit?!?!

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi guys

I think this has been answered before but the 'solution' doesn't work?
I just need to change my direct debit details but when I go on my O2 there is no 'payment details' tab? If I click on the bills section I just get told what my bill is and to make a payment, nothing to actually change my details? I've been going in circles for the past hour and O2 chat were about as helpful as a bag of spuds. I don't want to spend another hour on the phone to change something so simple.

Please help 😞 x

@Anonymous If you're referring to Live Chat, don't go there. Call customer service on 202 from your phone. Do not trust Live Chat with anything to do with account details.

If you doubt what I'm saying, take a look at this thread posted earlier today.

If you are not seeing this then you need to call customer service, please don't use live chat.

Yeah I don't trust live chat, didn't give out my login details when asked. I've clicked on the links provided and I just end up on the homepage even though I'm logged in. Looks like I'll have to call them :/.

Thanks anyway guys! X

Just a thought....if you logged directly into the Community website then I don't believe that log in works by switching to the O2 website, you need to log in again.

But if you log into O2 website you can switch to the Community website.

Yeah but it should take you to the log in page at least.
