I called O2 customer service (Business) the guy answered the phone and then cut me off and did not bother to call back.(after passing security questions he did not have the courtesey to call me back regarding the 4G issue effecting the whole country.
I would like compnesation for this and my new years resolution would be to stop using o2 on all 6 accounts I have with O2 Business.
Number of important meeting calls have been missed regarding this.!! Sort it out and call me back please O2

The customer services team are probably very busy due to the issue with the network, but that does not excuse the way that your call was handled.
The best thing you can do is to call later - either your business rep, or customer services and see what they can do for you.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
