Okay I know it's sad, but I tried calling the "short number" for mobile to register a vote for I'm A Celebrity, but the call fails.

Other normal numbers work fine, but this one constantly fails.

Are these numbers not compatible with the O2 network?

If premium numbers are barred on your account you won't be able to call them O2 can lift the bar

I've watched a few bits of this and I think it's good harmless fun, not sad at all.

Short codes won't work if you're using TuGo.

Failing that are you sure the lines were still open when you tried?

I wasn't using TuGo, just phoning normally. The wife got through on her phone (on EE) so the lines weren't busy either.

I'm puzzled then, you might have to ask O2 when they're open.

Yes, its due to premium call blocks. CS will lift it but you have to request it. Call 202 from your mobile (free).

He's probably not sad enough to have ever tried calling them slight_smile
