Hi 

 

I am looking to upgrade my phone ASAP (from an iPhone 5SE to an 11probut I actually want to change my number and SIM when I do this. The reason behind this is due to issues I've had with my Apple ID. Will a new SIM card come with the upgrade or do I need to keep the same number/ sim?

You can choose to have a new number.
