Bill via bank transfer

Hi, so apparently o2 doesn’t accept my bank card and I keep on paying for my bills by sending bank transfer of 2 since I have 2 bills(airtime+device) and every time I send the money it applies only for the airtime bill and the rest of money just keep on floating on my account and not being applied for my device plan. I’ve been calling customer care but at the point where I have to wait on the line for an agent line just drops. Tried multiple times and can’t get in touch with anyone. My bill is due and I keep on getting all the overdue messages that are making me really uncomfortable since I did pay my bill but it was not applied on my account. I need some guidance how to pay that payment wouldn’t just float and every month I wouldn’t need to call customer service so they would apply the money on the device plan. Please help!

@Ruta Not the most opportune time to be trying to sort this out, but the link @MI5 has provided is your only way right now. If you can get through, you need to get a Direct Debit set up, which should be fairly straightforward, but nothing really is at the moment. Your best chance of talking to someone will be 8 am when they first open.
