I know there is a number I can text to get it on pay as you go but, I'm on contact and texting 'BALANCE' to 20202 doesn't return anything.
I already have the My O2 app and, for the most part, it works well.
However, I want to create a status report on my home screen using tasker and the only way I can think to do this without reverse engineering the My O2 app is by receiving a text with all the information I need.
If anyone can help me in any way it would be greatly appreciated (though, it would be even better if O2 could add a widget to the app that did this).

Thanks for the quick responses guys.
Unfortunately having tried both suggestions multiple times the result is still the same.
I could create a ridiculously long task that queries the O2 website but, that would be an absolute last resort.

I have unlimited texts and calls so this is now pointless for me.
Oh well.
As always you guys have been much more help than O2 themselves.
Thanks guys.
