Hello,
Since 15 of January, I can't make any phone calls or receiving. Texts are working sometimes. Mobile internet is not working at all. My phone is showing signal ok. Its not only my mobile, my wife has the same issues so as my friends who live in this area (BN3 + at least 2-3 miles)
I checked on your status website my postcode and this is what it's showing, but this is now second week and nothing has happened to resolve this problem. Please advise.

Many things can delay a mast fix and o2 never comment on it.
Just keep checking it and when you regain service contact o2 and see what they can offer if anything

Assuming you've tried cleaning the sim and restarting the phone, if no faults show here using your full postcode:

Yes! iam in Hove an have had not signal since then. I have complained just to be spoken to very rudly. Did you get any information or compensation info? I run a bussiness from home so this is killing me!
