I paid my overdue bill 4 days ago my services still restricted all text links are expired no one replying on call assistant. My O2 app shows no payment for my overdue bill and I am unable to call any 0800 number so how do I get this sorted . Thanks

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
