Solved: Calling 084 numbers

I need to call an 084 number for DHL, but it appears it just doesn’t call and beeps at me like it’s a dead number. Are 084 numbers blocked by default?

Probably just a general premium number bar on your account.

You'll need to ask customer service to check it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

They are not part of your allowances so if you have a spend cap, you will be prevented from calling.

Thanks for replying. As far as I’m aware I don’t have a spend cap. Is there anywhere I can check this?

It will show as a bolt on in your MyO2 if you do http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Have you tried to find an alternative on for instance say no to 0870?
