I was trying to place a new order - upgrade- for the number (REMOVED)

I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro like new- 256 GB - Like New and we went through all the steps (more than 90 minutes), at the end the assistant told me that to complete the credit checking somebody will call me today at 12:00pm, but nobody has called me yet.

Could you please help?

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
