IMEI blacklist

Hi, just a quick question. Does O2 put an imei block on phones (iphone13) for unpaid bills? Or is it just the sim that they block? thanks

Hi, I'm new to O2 and I've put a £0 spend cap on my sons account, but he's still run up a few extra £ buying games on Google Play Store. Is there any way I can put a block on this?
