Hi, my wife moved from Tesco mobile to O2 and that was a horlicks. Now she has moved from PAYG to pay monthly. She has got a new SIM with a new number but still wants to keep her old number. How do I go about getting her old number back.

Upgrade

I have a plan with virgin and it suits me, I want to upgrade phone only but the plans are double. How can I upgrade. If I cannot I will go elsewhere.

Hey all, I’m cracking up with this Apple Watch 8 being stuck on activating for the data plan. After countless calls to o2 and resetting, repairing the watch I’ve went from code 14,15 and 91 to activating but I can’t get any further.
