Copy all your contacts to your phone, then it won't matter what sim you put in it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You can also back up your contacts to your Gmail account, if you have one.

If we knew what phone you had it would help us?

Go into contacts and press menu. You should get the option to save to sim or phone.

You really need to have them backed up as you never know when the phone may just die.
