Hi, I am having the same issue.
Are we meant to claim via the link? Because I thought the link was only for business customer and I am not a business customer. But there isn't an option to claim via the Members App.
Also, what did you use as your proof of purchase? Because when I follow the steps in that link, it shows PDF examples of invoices to upload, which I don't have. The only things I had emailed to me were PDFs for the credit agreement stuff, no PDFs that simply show the order.
