Blue light discount won’t work

So I used my payslip as evidence and it’s been confirmed with my blue light card I’m elegible for it however when choosing the phone number it says my iPhone 12 pro isn’t valid for this discount ?

The 12 Pro is currently on the list of excluded devices, sorry

What?!! They told me it was in the shop when I went. Hence why I bought the phone ? They checked on their own 02 phone thing and said oh it’s just come up and their now doing I phone 12 pro 😞

By the time the phone is on the allowed list you will be past the 28 day qualifying period and so you won't then be eligible

Disgraceful when a £1,000 phone and poor value tariff leaves you with a sour taste in your mouth
