Hi ,
I was about to upgrade my refresh contract using a code obtained through my blue light account. I have entered this at checkout, and it says the O2 Open discount 25% Airtime discount and £0.00.
How do i know that this discount will work? its upgrading on an Iphone 11.
The Bluelight website says to see the O2 website for exclusions on phones. i cant seem to find any? and Customer service on the phone couldn't help, they just said i have to wait for my bill to be produced!
Any help appreciated, thanks

Hi Chivs,
If it is showing O2 Open discount 25% that's great, it means your order has the open discount showing.
You do usually get an email to confirm the discount or if we seek any additional ID.
What I would recommend you do is complete the order and the discount should show on bolt-on's once the airtime has been updated. If it does not show as a bolt-on on My O2 you will need to contact O2 over the phone to make sure it gets applied. I would recommend waiting 24 hours for the upgrade to process.
