Blocking numbers incoming and outgoing

I want to block some numbers on my phone incoming and outgoing so no contact can be made. How do I do this?

Hope this helps

To block someone:

1. First make sure you have them in your Contacts
2. Tap Settings
3. Then Phone
4. Then Blocked
5. Tap Add New and select the person from your contacts.

Edit: Just confirmed with someone that has the same phone ( and that would explain me not finding it) that it can't be done.

There's a very simple way to block your phone from calling or texting a number. Don't call or text that number.

You can block outgoing calls to any number that is not in your phonebook or in a specific group of contacts.
