Hi my names Abdikarim Ali I just wanted to let you know that I have paid all my bills and still I am receiving texts messages says that I have outstanding balance and when I log in my o2 app I can see that I have a credit of £72.44 that i can refund I don’t want refund that’s the bill you asking me what is going on can someone help me this is second time is happening I have called so many times please can someone do something about it I have 2 numbers ***** and ***** and I have paid both of them. many thanks

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
