Hi,
I am contacting you as I have been a customer of yours for several months and would like to get some information from you.

My tariff plan is £24 GBP per month for 150GB for 12 months.
I like you very much and since I was thinking of changing my phone, I saw on your website several proposals to pay monthly subscription with you and at the same time for the phone.

I have several questions:

1) If for example you make a tariff plan of additional 12 months with phone included, what happens to my

current tariff plan?
Would it stop and start the new one (tariff plan plus phone) or would it be included?
2) Is it considered as an upgrade? So it's like another contract and the old one is gone?
3) If my telephone plan were for example this one: (tariff plan + phone as...)
Iphone 13 pro:
- Up Front of £500
- 6 months at £104.33
- 150 GB
Would the contract only last for those 6 months?
After that what happens? Does it reactivate my "old" tariff plan again?
4) Would it be possible to keep my phone number in all this?
5) If I buy the phone from you, is the warranty included in the cost?

I apologise for all these questions.

My old phone company was not very clear and I had several problems (which is why I turned to you) and I would like to be sure before making a choice.

Thank you for your time

Cristina

@CRISTINACANERI

You need to pay off your old contract before you can upgrade.

The free 6 months offer is included at the start of a new contract. After 6 months you will need to pay the full price for the remainder of the contract.
