Bills and payments after leaving O2

Hi, I recently gave my PAC code to another network, which ended my O2 contract. I then received a text from O2 with estimated outstanding charges which I would need to pay. I was also billed for this month on O2 as normal. I'm trying to find out the amount of the outstanding payment left and when this will be taken, as my 02 account no longer shows activity. Many thanks

Hi, i have had this issue to. I left o2 and are still getting messages about how o2 cannot process my bill and will charge me!

I also tried to call but cannot get through. I have changed to voxi and the pac code was all sorted. O dont get why o2 are still trying to get in my bank account when my contract ended in September

There is a well known scam going around.

O2 never text from a mobile number.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
