I have gone round in circles trying to talk to someone about the bill on my deceased husbands phone. After agreeing payments with customer service someone else decided it wasn’t acceptable but no one told me.!!
The direct debit was not set up but I have been paying the monthly payment . I can’t cope with this stress on top of lockdown on my own being classed as elderly. How do I speak to a human being.

You need to contact O2 and ask to speak to bereavement services.
