Hi, was just wondering if anyone could help me out with a way of actually speaking to someone from o2 or if anyone knows if somethings up with o2 itself? I’ve been trying to get intouch and never manage to get through to anybody?

I’ve had 3 texts off people from o2 saying my bill hasn’t been paid and they are going to divert outgoing calls to a payment line and when I log into my o2 it says my bill hasn’t been paid too which I don’t understand why because they have took the money came out of my bank to pay the phone bill?

Can anybody help?

@Georgiarlx The texts may be part of a scam that's making the rounds. This is a customer community and we have no access to anyone's account. All the numbers available to speak to customer service are in the link below. Best chance of getting through is 8 am. Try all the options, even fraud if that gets you through. You need persistence and patience.
