Hi, was just wondering if anyone could help me out with a way of actually speaking to someone from o2 or if anyone knows if somethings up with o2 itself? I’ve been trying to get intouch and never manage to get through to anybody?
I’ve had 3 texts off people from o2 saying my bill hasn’t been paid and they are going to divert outgoing calls to a payment line and when I log into my o2 it says my bill hasn’t been paid too which I don’t understand why because they have took the money came out of my bank to pay the phone bill?
Can anybody help?
