hi I have recently upgraded my ohone when speaking to someone from o2 they said my monthly payment would be 46 pound month when I have looked at the bill there is now something called a device plan this was never mention to me when agreeing to the 46 pound a month I was under the impression that just one payment come out of 46 quid so very confused why its telling me bill 46 pound device plan 22 pound extremely confused an cant get hold of anyone thanks

It should have been made clear to you at the time and you would have signed documentation for two direct debits.
