my bill just randomly added two unauthorised Disney + charges

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You will find that you have one charge for standard and one for premium.

A bug in the system has not deleted the premium charge from O2 managed accounts (due to a Disney pricing structure change).

Cancel the one you don't want and get the other charge refunded.
