Hi I have paid my bill that was overdue and it’s still saying I have arrears in my account. However it’s saying I have £0.00 left to pay and I’m confused.
was wondering if you could help

Not on here @Chloe43 as this is a customer community, and we have no access to your (or anyone else's) account.
If you have just manually paid a bill it can take a couple of days for the payment to process and the system to correct itself.
Your best bet is to speak to the Payment Management team - their direct number is 0800 902 0217
Their opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Once this is sorted it might be an idea to set up a direct debit so this doesn't happen again - Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans)
