Hi, I just found out, that I was charged Yesterday 10 pounds, I have a tariff to speak with people from EU, so I talked yesterday to people from Lithuania and you charged me 10 pounds, why?

It's not free unless you are roaming.
Calling from UK means you pay international rates https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/roaming-in-europe

Hi @Anonymous! Sorry to hear you've had unexpected charges on your bill! Did the above replies from our helpful members explain it or do you have any further questions? What tariff is it that you mentioned?
