Billing - Abroad Charges Refund

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello.

I've been using the O2 live chat feature to dispute a charge abroad while having the O2 Travel Bolt On active.

I was informed by two Gurus that an adjusted refund was offered to reduce my bill for the amount of £12.71

However, the full amount of (nearly) £50 has been taken from my account with no sign of the adjusted bill.

Please may someone assist in this matter.

Many thanks,
David.

Speak to customer service on 202. It may be that the refund was too late to be credited this month and will appear on next months. There again it may just have been overlooked so call them.

I actually find Customer Services (not live chat) are excellent at refunding mistaken charges made whilst abroad. Happened to me twice. I rang them and they made an immediate amendment to my bill

Forget live chat for account issues and call a human on 202

Wondered where the virtual Lucy had gone. Maybe she was pregnant and had lots of virtual babies who, at 3 years old, would qualify and have the right mental capacity for live chat.....

Thinking about it, the programme I mentioned called Humans...they are robots in human bodies and their grasp of all things is excellent. Computer chip for a brain you see...:smileytongue:

Yes but logic and common sense is what separates us from robots and live chat. (5.4.3.2.....)
