Billed for non disconnected call

My wife and I are both on o2 and she called me in ASDA (she works there and I was in the store to pick her up)

My phone log shows the call lasted 1 minute and 9 seconds. O2 decided is lasted 2 hours and 9 minutes and billed me for £26.00 ! Spoke to them and got an offer of 50% of the call. Rubbish customer service!

My wife and I have been loyal customers for many many years. Oh well I guess we are moving to a new provider as soon as our contracts are up.

Call them back and remind them o2 have a system in place that automatically disconnects calls after 6 seconds of either party hanging up.
