02 Refund time!

So I returned a moto 360 to my local 02 store which I bought online and then collected from store. They said 14 days for a refund and I waited 14 days. I returned it on the 28th and I rang them today and the lady I spoke to said she would have to fill a form out as she can see I returned it more than 10 days ago and are yet to recieve my money back and being close to christmas the money would be nice. Just looking for advice on what to do next as I have yet to get my money back 17days later.
