Hi why is my bill so high wen I have finished paying for my device, I only need a sim only now been quoted £15 from other companies

If you didn't get your deal directly from o2 @Adam321 then your monthly amount won't go down once you hit the minimum term.
Also check your bill for any additional charges:

Third party retailers always have much cheaper sim only deals once you are out of contract
